Cynthia Carrasco Escalera is a dedicated criminal and civil litigation attorney providing competent and comprehensive legal representation for her clients. Cynthia earned her bachelor’s degree from Bryant University, Rhode Island and her Juris Doctor from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University with Cum Laude honors. Before becoming an attorney, Mrs. Carrasco's passion for education led her to devote part of her professional career to working as a business educator in Florida, teaching career and technical courses to high school students.
She began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she honed her skills in litigation and gained valuable insights into the complexities of the criminal justice system. In this role, Ms. Carrasco navigated a wide range of criminal cases from the initial stages through trial.
After serving as a prosecutor, Cynthia transitioned to private practice where she specialized in representing numerous clients in various civil cases, including workers’ compensation, premises liability, personal injury, and property damage claims. Her approach combines meticulous research and a deep understanding of the facts, ensuring that every detail is considered in pursuit of the best possible outcome for clients.
